Lost or Stolen Debit Cards immediately!
Notify us immediately if your SHAZAMCHEK is lost or stolen.
During business hours, call 641-985-2442, 641-454-2255 or
888-834-2442.
If the Bank is closed,
contact SHAZAM Customer Service immediately at 800-383-8000
and use the following options when prompted:
Press 3 for Customer Service
Press 3 if you are a Cardholder calling to report the missing
card
Press 1 to report your missing card.
Action taken will include: taking your information, deactivating
your card, and contacting us at First State Bank on the next
business day.
